I found this challenge to be great! It's beginner friendly and the tutorials for every exercise really takes it up a notch. I've recommended this program to 4-5 people and we've all thoroughly enjoyed it. I love how quick Eric is with answers to questions and how he really helps you see growth in a short amount of time. Great program!
